Learn how to make Delicious and Healthy 'स्पाइसी फ्रेंच टोस्ट - Spicy French Toast' with our chef Deepu.<br /><br />French Toast - Slices of bread are soaked or dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs and other spices. To give it a desi twist our chef has made 'Spicy French Toast' which includes different types of masalas, and it is a super Healthy Breakfast that will boost your morning and would be a great kick-start for the day. Also, kids would enjoy having this with sauce and mayonnaise.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 2 eggs <br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Coriander Powder<br />- 1 tsp Garam Masala <br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- Onion(chopped)<br />- 1 Green Chilli(chopped)<br />- 4 Bread (slices)<br />- Processed Cheese(grated)<br />- Oil<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Break two eggs in a bowl<br />2. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped onion, chopped green chilli to it and beat it<br />3. Take one bread slice and grate processed cheese over it<br />4. Now, place a slice of bread on top to avoid the filling to pop out<br />5. Turn on the flame; keep it on medium and place pan over it<br />6. Add oil to the pan, and now, dip the bread inside the egg mixture partially<br />7. Place that bread over the pan and put rest of the egg mixture on the top<br />8. Keep flipping in the middle, so that it gets coooked properly on both the sides<br />9.
